Who knows whether the file arrived?

Data, access and control
Control over files needs both technical features and arrangements for who has access and who responds to errors. The selected Kiteworks module and deployment determine which features apply.

Monitoring and logging
Transfer information helps investigate and follow up exceptions. A completed transfer does not itself prove that the receiving application processed the file correctly.

Kiteworks lists ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018 and SOC 2 Type II. These concern information security management, cloud security, protection of personal data in public clouds and assessed controls. The relevant service and certificate or audit scope need to match the chosen deployment.
